We offer free shipping on orders above 4,500 PKR. Standard shipping rates apply below this amount.

RETURNS & SUPPORT
To be eligible for a return or Refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and purchase date should not be more then 15 days.
To start a return, you can contact us at arthecigna@gmail.com. If your return request is accepted, we will share you information as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Customer will be responsible of parcel he/she sending us back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customized products are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement.
